Renew my membership
Membership is for a calendar year commencing 1 January. You can renew your membership from October for the following calendar year.
All membership renewals must be paid by 31 March. New memberships are processed up until 1 September annually.
Christmas shutdown 22 December – 4 January inclusive.
To renew simply
- pay with via EFT or credit card (methods below) or via Paypal from your IRIS log in.
- Direct bank payment is the preferred, safest and fastest method
- make sure you include your last name and membership number egSMITH12345 in your bank reference
- up-to-date postal addresses are critical so you can receive your renewal sticker
- if your details have changed or need updating, please update them via your IRIS log in
- if you don’t receive your renewal sticker within 3 weeks, please email us
