Early career professionals and museum studies students are invited to apply for ICOM Australia’s Fellowship grant/s up to AUD$5,000 to cover travel, airfares and costs related to research examining key questions in museum theory and practice.

Applicants

• should be under 35 years
• had at 2.5 years study in higher education or in an Australian museum or gallery
• recipient/s will need to complete their study program and expend funds within one year of conferral of the award
• recipients/s will need to submit a 2-page report to ICOM Australia within 3 months of their return tour, outlining their learnings
• recipients/s will be asked to present a paper on their learnings at an ICOM conference
